This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter, "AUP") establishes the conditions for permitted use of the platform, AI agents, APIs, integrations, and other Summya S.A.S. services (hereinafter, "Summya").
Use of Summya services implies acceptance of this AUP. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Permitted use
Summya is a B2B platform designed to help SMEs and enterprises automate, optimize, and scale their operations through AI agents and business management tools. Users may use the platform to:
Automate legitimate business processes.
Create, configure, and deploy AI agents for business use.
Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and inventory.
Integrate the platform with their existing systems.
Analyze metrics and data from their own operations.
Access and consume third-party marketplace products.
2. Prohibited uses

Violation of any of the following restrictions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
2.1 Illegal or harmful activities
It is strictly prohibited to use Summya for:
Activities illegal under any applicable jurisdiction.
Fraud, scams, phishing, or identity impersonation.
Money laundering or financing of illicit activities.
Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
Violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
Harassment, threats, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
2.2 Platform and AI agent abuse
Spam and unsolicited communications: Using the platform to send unauthorized mass communications.
Abusive scraping: Extracting data from Summya through automated means beyond API limits.
Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the services.
Bypassing security controls: Attempting to circumvent authentication, authorization, or usage limit mechanisms.
Excessive resource use: Activities that degrade service performance for other users.
2.3 Prohibited content generation through AI
Summya AI agents may not be used to generate:
Explicit sexual content or content involving minors.
Instructions for manufacturing weapons, explosives, or controlled substances.
Disinformation, propaganda, or content designed to manipulate electoral processes.
Content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination.
Deep fakes or synthetic content to impersonate real persons without their consent.
Medical, legal, or financial advice for diagnostic or autonomous decision-making purposes without human supervision.
2.4 Privacy and data violations
Collecting, storing, or processing third-party personal data without a valid legal basis.
Using the platform for operations that violate GDPR, LGPD, Law 1581, or other applicable privacy laws.
Sharing access credentials or sensitive third-party data through the platform without appropriate controls.
3. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
All content created, uploaded, or generated through their account.
Use of AI agents configured under their account, including their outputs.
Ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
Notifying Summya immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
4. Usage limits and quotas
Services are subject to the limits established in the contracted plan:
Summya will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
6. Consequences of non-compliance
In the event of AUP non-compliance, Summya may, at its discretion:
Issue a formal warning.
Temporarily suspend account access.
Permanently terminate the account without right to refund.
Report illegal activities to competent authorities.
Pursue legal action to recover damages.
7. Updates
Summya may modify this policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the services after notification implies acceptance of the new version.
