Shopify

In the Summya dashboard go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify. Click "Authorize" and enter your .myshopify.com domain.

Summya will request the following scopes. Review and approve them on the Shopify screen:

Choose which data to sync in real time: orders, inventory, or both. The first sync may take up to 5 minutes for stores with more than 10,000 SKUs.

Go to your agent playground and ask: "What is the status of order #1234?" The agent will query your Shopify store in real time.
